PHYSIOTHERAPIST / ADVENTURER

I’m a physiotherapist and although I have worked in various fields, currently I’m mainly dedicated to child neurohabilitation. I’m also a university lecturer where I give clases related to paediatric physiotherapy.

I’m passionate about sport, the sea and the mountains. I love surfing, climbing, splitboarding, yoga, cycling and everything that involves being surrounded by nature. I also like relaxing moments like reading a book, listening to music and hanging out with my friends.

FAVOURITE MODALITY:
Mountain bike.

FAVOURITE TRAIL:
Sao Miguel Island, Azores.

SPIRIT ANIMAL:
The dolphin, for its intelligence, balance and inner strength.

FAVOURITE FOOD:
"Tortilla de patatas".

MY BEST ADVENTURE:
My solo trip through Australia, Indonesia and Thailand, with a backpack and a surfboard.

Fun fact about me:
Sometimes I dissemble the bike without knowing if I’ll be able to repair it. I'm a Dragon Ball geek and I always have a song for everything I do. I can get really annoying in the morning to get you guys up before the sunrise.
